Published the first Friday of each month by the SilverStringers of Melrose, Massachusetts -- August 1, 2008 Magic after the storm ... and July says goodbye leaving us its parade of breath-robbing, humid days interrupted almost every afternoon by roaring, drenching thunderstorms. It was weather that alternately poached and then soaked our fair city. The days plodded on expanding into a soggy history that continued, as Don Norris' remarkable photo shows, until its very last drop. Photo by D. R. Norris
